Love everything that is bookish?

It has been about six months since I started my Book Trophy Project, and three months since my last update, so it is time to see how much the collection has grown.

I only review books that I love. But because I read on my Kindle or through audiobooks, I don’t read physical copies anymore.

That eventually created a strange gap: I had all these books I had loved enough to review and keep thinking about, but there was no physical representation of them in my life.

That is how the Book Trophy Project started.

Since my last update, I have reviewed four more books, bringing the total to 46.

In the past three months, I purchased seven new trophies for seven of the books I reviewed. In some cases, I bought part of the series. In others, I bought the entire series, so the actual number of physical books I added is definitely higher than seven.

The reviewed books I added to my shelves are:

In the Veins of the Drowning by Kalie Cassidy

Zodiac Academy by Caroline Peckham and Susanne Valenti

Little Fire by Hollee Mands + Blood Song by Hollee Mands. (I bought the entire series, and I love that I get to support indie authors this way).

Psycho Shifters by Jasmine Mas

Gild by Raven Kennedy

An Ember in the Ashes by Sabaa Tahir

Of the four books I reviewed since my last update, I have already purchased two.

That means that out of 46 reviewed books, I now own physical book trophies for 22.

Nearly half! That feels like real progress, especially because several of those trophies have turned into partial or complete series purchases. But there is still a lot more to go before every book I have loved enough to review has a place on my shelves.
